Refund & Return Policy

1. Returns

Since products are made to order (print-on-demand), we do NOT accept returns for:

• Wrong size ordered
• Change of mind

2. Refunds

Refunds are only issued if:

• Item arrives damaged
• Item is defective
• Incorrect product was shipped

3. Claim Period

You must contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the issue.

4. Replacement

If approved, we will offer:

• Replacement product OR
• Refund to original payment method

5. Non-Refundable Cases

We cannot refund:

• Delayed shipping (carrier-related)
• Incorrect address provided by the customer
